Time limits change when pages change. This is where we record what we last read, and when.
Official pages this guide watches
Five Oopbuy pages set the limits on this site: Insurance and Compensation, Notices of the parcel receiving, Insurance Purchase Instructions, Returns and Refunds, and Storage. We last read all five on 15 October 2026, along with the after-sales FAQ, Receipt Information and the two compensation-standards pages.
Oopbuy also posts service notices. Its National Day notice said all platform services would run normally from 1 to 7 October (GMT+8), with warehouse work and shipments continuing, so we have no holiday pause to report for that week.
Current official offers and when they end
The earlier research recorded FALL10 and points-mall offers with an advertised 31 October 2026 end date. These have not been revalidated as available to your account. Check the current campaign page, eligible routes, minimum spend, expiry and stacking rules before relying on an offer. Historical tutorial coupon amounts are not current entitlements.
None of these changes a claim limit. They are listed so you can tell an old screenshot from a current one: every inner page on the Oopbuy site carries a dated promotional bar at the top.
Community spaces and how far to trust them
Oopbuy's footer links to one external community, its Discord server, which you can join here. A Reddit community for Oopbuy users also exists, though whether the operator runs it is not stated. YouTube and TikTok carry haul videos, which are useful for seeing items in hand and less useful for claims, because they rarely show what happened when something went wrong.
No current rating or community endorsement is asserted here. For Reddit, YouTube, TikTok or Discord reports, check when the order happened, destination, route, parcel weight and whether the poster discloses an incentive. A delivery video is evidence of one order, not a guarantee of yours.

How we date what we say
Dates describe completed checks, not a monitoring promise. The guide distinguishes current official help observations from older estimator examples; the route and payment screens must be checked again before money is committed.

Historical route tables remain dated examples. The deadline calculator cannot decide eligibility, and no future review schedule is promised. Use official account notices for current service changes.
