Oopbuy Spreadsheet categories: choose with the whole order in mind
Browse the sixteen groups, compare the actual seller and variant, then check the budget and route before placing an agent order.
Clothing, accessories and everyday goods
Category notes point to a useful pre-order check, not a ranking of claim success. Women’s clothing opens a keyword search; verify the actual item on its seller page.

What the Oopbuy Spreadsheet is
An Oopbuy Spreadsheet is a product guide you browse by category: trainers, coats, bags, watches and so on, each opening a page of product cards with a photo, a name and a price in yuan. Behind each card is a listing on Taobao, Weidian or 1688. You copy that link into Oopbuy, pay, and the agent buys the item, receives it at its warehouse in Xiamen, photographs it and ships it to you.
It is not a document you edit, and it is not Oopbuy itself. It is a shortcut to things other shoppers have already found, and like any shortcut it is only as good as the listing at the other end. That is why this page is about choosing well before the clocks start, rather than about the catalogue as such.
How to choose a spreadsheet site worth trusting
Spreadsheet sites are easy to build and easy to abandon. Before you rely on one, open five product cards at random. All five should load a live listing; two dead links out of five tells you nobody has checked the site in months. Look for recent additions, a named operator and a way to contact them.
Be wary of sites whose categories are built around famous labels. Oopbuy's own rules say infringing goods may be destroyed in the warehouse with no shipment and no refund, and no protection plan touches that outcome. A site that steers you there is steering you into the one loss you cannot claim back. Apply the same test to this guide: every Oopbuy limit here carries the date we last read it.
How to choose a seller you can claim against
You will never speak to the seller; Oopbuy does that. But the listing is the yardstick every later dispute is measured against, so read it as evidence. A size chart with real measurements turns a size complaint into a matter of fact. Photos of the actual item, not studio images, decide whether a style mismatch claim stands.
Check whether the listing carries a return guarantee. Oopbuy's five-day return service only applies to items whose seller offers one, and only while the item is in re-saleable condition. Screenshot the listing on the day you buy: listings change, and a claim made three weeks later is judged against what you can show.
How to choose an item you could claim on
Some goods are simply easier to defend. Oopbuy's after-sales rules ask for specific photographs: the size label for a size problem, the whole item for a style problem, a weighing photo for a shortage. A hoodie with a printed size tag meets those rules with one picture. A glass candle holder does not: fragile items are only covered for loss, not damage, whatever the packaging.
None of this means you should only buy T-shirts. It means you should decide, before paying, how you would prove a problem with this particular item, and buy the detailed QC photo if the answer depends on a label you cannot see yet.
Fragile, liquid and battery goods change the rules
Fragile goods, liquids and batteries need separate checks. Ask whether the selected route accepts the item and whether any protection covers its particular risk. The retained receiving text excludes fragile breakage even with extra packaging. Inspection before shipment cannot guarantee that an item will arrive intact.

If you do buy these, the fragrance and electronics categories are still there to browse. Just treat the purchase as uninsured against breakage, and pack the decision into the price you are willing to pay.
Before you order: five cautions
Five habits shorten nearly every future argument. Screenshot the listing with its date. Check the category rules for batteries, liquids and magnets before you fall for something. Read the return badge, because no seller guarantee means no 120-hour return. Buy sizes you can prove with a label. And plan the total weight: Oopbuy's own customs note says heavy parcels and many similar items raise the chance of inspection.
When the item is in the warehouse, the warehouse clocks take over.
The catalogue, by name
For quick access, here are the categories in the order above: Hoodies and sweatshirts, graphic tees, joggers and track pants, denim, coats and puffers, women's clothing, trainers and boots, bags and holdalls, belts, caps, football shirts, jewellery, glasses and sunglasses, smartwatches and watches, gadgets and styling tools, fragrance and gift sets. Each link opens the matching set of product cards. If you prefer to search, the box on the home page looks up items by name across the whole catalogue.
Next on the clock: the warehouse, where the return window runs.
Warehouse clocksChoosing a seller and the exact variant
Open the original listing and record its URL, seller name, colour, size, quantity and size-chart version. Look for recent buyer photos of the same variant, consistent measurements and a clear return policy. A high sales count alone does not establish quality, and a spreadsheet photo can represent a different batch.
For a hoodie, compare the chest width and body length with a garment that fits you; do not convert a UK letter size by guesswork. If the listing shows “one size”, ask for actual dimensions before paying. For electronics, confirm voltage, plug, battery and requested function testing as well as appearance.

If the listing has vanished or the agent cannot load it, stop and ask for clarification. Do not substitute a similar-looking link without comparing its specifications and terms.
Choosing a spreadsheet that helps you decide
Check whether product links resolve, categories actually match the goods, update dates refer to real checks and sponsored links are disclosed. Useful guides explain fees, returns and limitations as clearly as they show products. A catalogue entry does not prove stock, authenticity or a successful delivery.
Use this guide in the same way: keep a shortlist, verify each listing, and treat old price examples as examples. Follow the agent order steps after those checks.
